What will you do?

The Account Manager is an important cross functional support role for the Fleet Sales team.  The Account Manager is responsible for executing the day-to-day activities to ensure our customers and internal partners have the information and tools they need to meet the customer’s needs. The Account Manager is responsible for providing superior customer service both externally and internally, process customer quotes and orders, generate sales revenue, provide excellent communication and feedback, and promote goodwill within assigned customer groups. The Account Manager position will report directly to the Account Management Supervisor – Fleet.

 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for national fleet customers; act as a liaison between the customer and other company departments while developing strong working relationships.
  • Provide customer support by quoting prices, taking orders, tracking delivery and order status, expediting delivery, and providing technical support.
  • Manage relationships, opportunities and promote products with current and potential customers.
  • Assist outside sales representatives with research, sources, process bids and quotations in a timely manner.
  • Relay relevant information to open and process orders based on accepted bids and/or purchase orders, modify existing orders, track orders through fulfillment.
  • Maintains documentation throughout the progress of a job necessary for billing and reference; includes purchase orders, authorizations and product drawings.
  • Proactively work with customers to forecast upcoming needs, build schedules, resolve customer service issues as necessary.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and participate in pre-build and pre-delivery meetings to ensure customer expectations can be met.

 

 

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related field, or equivalent years of experience required.
  • 1-3 years Account Management experience
  • 3 years automotive/truck equipment experience strongly preferred
  • Project Management experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced analytic abilities to make independent decisions and then justify the financial outcomes.
  • Customer service orientation and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of customer personnel

JOB SUMMARY

This position provides leadership and support for direction of daily work schedule, serves as the point of contact with the office and assists and mentors other Mechanics.  Possess the knowledge and understanding of installation process of all under-hood truck compartments, PDC panels, hy-rail and cranes.  Plan and perform a wide variety of fitting, assembly, installation, and alignment of complicated parts to exacting customer tolerances and operating requirements. 

 

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Lead, plan and train the department staff responsible for performing a variety of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled technical diagnostic, repair and maintenance work.
  • Responsible for performing some of the most complex work in the department as well as administrative support duties.
  • Train assigned employees in maintenance and repair methods, procedures and techniques.
  • Verifies work performed for accuracy, proper work methods, techniques, and compliance with applicable standards and specifications; ensures adherence to safe work practices and procedures; assists in the evaluation of employees.
  • Serve as a mentor/resource to other employees in the department for complicated issues.
  • Mount and connect mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and crane systems and controls.
  • Install hy-rail components and crane on vehicles.
  • Build a variety of parts, install boxes and special components for design of truck.
  • Fill vehicle systems with proper fluids for safe and proper operation.
  • Test the action of moving parts prior to final inspection.
  • Verify all line items have been completed on the work order.
  • Perform a quality visual inspection of vehicle, pre-delivery, or dealer prepping, as well as checking chassis for problems, such as leaks, errors or bad manufacturing.
  • Possess an understanding and exercise extreme care during the operation and movement of large parts while using the company lifting systems.
  • Ability to think on your own and request assistance when needed.
  • Must comply with the company’s safety policies and clean initiative standards.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Fill requisitions out for parts shortages and maintain mechanics materials and orders based on pick sheets.
  • Receive packing slips and verify quantities for parts against purchase orders.
  • Responsible for the shipment of parts to customers.
  • Gather and properly package inventory and purchased items needing shipment.
  • Properly check-in and move vehicles being delivered and possess an understanding and exercise extreme care during the operation and movement of large parts while using the company lifting systems.

What are we looking for?

  • 1-3 years of previous warehousing or material handling experience including fork-lift experience.
  • Previous experience working with UPS computer systems and RF scanner. 
  • Must be able to work in multiple environments – shop, outside in all types of weather conditions as well as in an office.
  • Experience in the Automotive or Truck Up Fitting Industry is a HUGE plus!

What will you do?

 

The technician must be experienced in the following areas:

  • All routine maintenance for all makes and models including fluid flushes
  • Mount and balancing of all types of tires
  • All suspension repairs and/or alignments
  • Brake pads/shoe replacement and rotor machining

  • At least 1 years of tire and auto service center experience, preferred

JOB SUMMARY

The Painter is primarily focused on the verification, matching and mixing of the appropriate quantities of paint for color-matching purposes.   Also be responsible for efficient, safe and quality application of paints, basecoats, enamels, primers and sealers.  Possess the ability to critique and solve paint-related issues.

 

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Properly prepare areas to be painted includes cleaning, masking, sanding, buffing, and prepping as required.
  • Read work orders and properly determine the color and amount of paint required for job(s).
  • Mix paints, enamels and primers to match standardized and specified color requirements.
  • Must be able to isolate painted/unpainted areas (i.e., masking, taping doors, etc.).
  • Apply and verify proper application of seam seal to bodies and compartments for quality water sealing.
  • Apply a variety of coatings to obtain a high grade and decorative finish on both vehicles and working components.
  • Ensure the required consistency and viscosity of paint for spraying or brushing.
  • Correct mistakes such as smoothing rough spots, touch up painting and repairing surface defects as necessary.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all spray equipment.
  • Clean and maintain the paint mixing room, air make-up units and paint booths
  • Possess an understanding and exercise extreme care during the operation and movement of large parts while using the company lifting systems.
  • Inform and communicate suggestions and errors to relevant departments for the continuous improvement of the installation process.
  • Apply all paint materials within the standard operating procedures.
  • Understand the value that quality plays in the overall success of the company, help in increasing the quality of our products for the appearance and safety for our customers.
  • Must comply with the company’s safety policies and clean initiative standards.

  • Knowledge and have the ability to read and understand paint codes and spray equipment operation instructions.
  • Possess knowledge of appropriate handling and proper disposal of hazardous paint material.

What will you do?

 

  • Assemble truck body parts, includes bolting, cutting, welding, drilling and other techniques for mounting and building equipment.
  • Assemble parts and special equipment for truck body design.
  • Ability to work from blueprints and written specifications to meet customer specifications.
  • Ability to visualize final assembled product before assembling components.

 

What are we looking for?

  • 1-3 years of previous welding experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous aluminum welding experience is highly desired. 
  • Previous experience using critical weld, mig weld and flux core weld clean – horizontal, uphill, downhill and overhead passes.
  • Experience using cutting torch and plasma cutter helpful.

Primary Responsibilities

Our Lot Attendant is responsible for keeping inventory neat and well maintained, by also keeping the vehicles in proper places. Lot Attendants provide support to Sales or Service departments in maintaining all vehicles condition under the dealerships care and ensure all vehicle pathways maintain proper flow. The Lot Attendant is also responsible for:

 

  • Maintain vehicle storage lots in a presentable, well organized, clean manner.
  • Responsible for maintaining vehicle lot to ensure eye appeal for customers, as well as monitoring inventory to ensure cars are presentable for sales staff to show.
  • Move and relocate cars and ensure that all vehicles contain full tanks of fuel.
  • Maintain showroom display.
  • Verifies receipt of and performs a damage inspection on new vehicles delivered to the dealership.

 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record, no blemishes
  • Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Participate in the development of the business unit's plans and programs as a partner from the perspective of the impact on people.
  • Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR operational plans that comply with company policy and practices while supporting the business unit goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Five plus years in human resources with five of those years in a progressive, managerial-level. Multi-site experience required. Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or Business required.
  • Understanding of best practices in recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, organizational development, employee relations and policy preparation.
  • Advanced leadership skills driven by values that support the objectives of the company.
  • Must have advanced understanding of employment law.
