What will you do?

  • Picking tooling, as identified in the CNC program, from tooling inventory
  • Loading tooling in the order identified in the CNC program
  • Creating CNC programs for the press brake
  • Reading and signing the proper documents to successfully run the job
  • Reading the print fully to understand tolerances, geometry, and special instructions
  • Understanding safety requirements in every area, and complying
  • Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual department maintenance as assigned
  • Following Press Brake process standard operating procedure

 

What are we looking for?

  • Experience running complex bend set-ups and forming operations

What will you do?

 

The Account Manager is responsible for executing the day-to-day activities to ensure our customers and internal partners have the information and tools they need to meet the customer’s needs.  The Account Manager is responsible for providing superior customer service both externally and internally, process customer orders, generate sales revenue, provide excellent communication and feedback, and promote goodwill within assigned customer groups.

  • Make sales calls to current and potential customers to promote products and assist with problem resolution
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers; act as a liaison between the customer and other company departments while developing strong working relationships.
  • Provide customer support by answering phones, quoting prices, taking orders, tracking delivery and order status, expediting delivery, and providing technical support.
  • Proactively work with customers to forecast upcoming needs, build schedules and resolve customer complaints and problems.
  • Facilitate warranty claims/orders.
  • Coordinate sublet installations for units purchased out of stock or missed ship-thru with partners across the country.
  • Follow up with customer regarding outstanding quotations, RFP’s and RFQ’s to increase sales.

JOB SUMMARY

Implement quality control standards, processes, and controls.  Develop methods for inspection and training.   Assist during client audits, OEM audits, and conduct internal audits.  Evaluate production capabilities and recommend improvements. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Manages overall aspects of the Quality Control Department including receiving and final inspections.
  • Manages QC Supervisors and Inspectors to ensure proper allocation of workforce .
  • Report Quality results and opportunities for improvement to Operations leadership (Plant Managers, General Managers) at least weekly.
  • Develops sampling plans, quality standards, and process control instructions for use by manufacturing to monitor and reduce variations.
  • Leads teams that include customer and/or supplier representatives to identify and permanently resolve problems, and to nurture the customer relationship.
  • Develops training programs on topics such as inspection techniques and proper documentation.
  • Identify appropriate training topics for our install technicians, and partner with the Operations team to develop and execute this training.
  • Review and approve customer and supplier surveys.

JOB SUMMARY

The Painter is primarily focused on the verification, matching and mixing of the appropriate quantities of paint for color-matching purposes.   Also be responsible for efficient, safe and quality application of paints, basecoats, enamels, primers and sealers.  Possess the ability to critique and solve paint-related issues.

 

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Properly prepare areas to be painted includes cleaning, masking, sanding, buffing, and prepping as required.
  • Read work orders and properly determine the color and amount of paint required for job(s).
  • Mix paints, enamels and primers to match standardized and specified color requirements.
  • Must be able to isolate painted/unpainted areas (i.e., masking, taping doors, etc.).
  • Apply and verify proper application of seam seal to bodies and compartments for quality water sealing.
  • Apply a variety of coatings to obtain a high grade and decorative finish on both vehicles and working components.
  • Ensure the required consistency and viscosity of paint for spraying or brushing.
  • Correct mistakes such as smoothing rough spots, touch up painting and repairing surface defects as necessary.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all spray equipment.
  • Clean and maintain the paint mixing room, air make-up units and paint booths
  • Possess an understanding and exercise extreme care during the operation and movement of large parts while using the company lifting systems.
